The global economic crisis has led to insolvency and over-indebtedness of a large number of commercial companies, which has made the issues of insolvency proceedings and accompanying proceedings relevant. In this regard, the manager of the company – Petya Georgieva Georgieva successfully passed the examinations for insolvency practitioner and is now included in the List of insolvency practitioners at the Ministry of Justice, approved by order of the Minister of Justice, promulgated in the State Gazette No. 44 of 14.05.2014.

On 21-22 October 2014 a course was held from the Annual Training Programme for Insolvency Practitioners for 2014 on “Current Issues in Insolvency Proceedings and Related Proceedings” – Certificate from the Ministry of Justice.
